Seller Terms & Conditions Please read before you submit

Monthly sales charge. AC Store charges every seller a monthly fee of 5% of the sales you make through the platform, taken once a month from your sales.
Payment day. The fee is due on the 5th of the following month. If it is not paid, your store is paused until it is settled.
What counts as a sale. Only orders a customer has actually paid for count. Cancelled and refunded orders are not charged.
Your store ID and password are yours. You are responsible for everything done from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Keep your details true. Give us your real name, phone, MoMo number and a real shop logo. Applications with false details are refused.
Approval. A person from our team checks every application. Your store stays hidden from customers until we approve it, and we may refuse or cancel a store.
Refund of the fee. If we cancel your store, you may ask for the fee to be returned. Refunds are decided by the AC Store team.
Changes. If these terms change, the new terms appear on this page and apply from the day you next register.
